Culinary ApprenticeshipTo celebrate National Apprenticeship Week (November 13-19), the American Culinary Federation and its educational arm, the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation highlighted the value of culinary apprenticeships.

As part of its blog coverage, the American Culinary Federation recognized Columbus State as one of the oldest culinary apprenticeship programs in the country and featured a Q&A with assistant professor and culinary apprentice coordinator Barry Young.
