Prospective Students

Walk-In Fridays: Meet with an Admissions Counselor
Starting July 17, stop by on any Friday for walk-in support with an Admissions Counselor - no appointment needed!  Get personalized help with navigating program selection, completing the application process, and taking your next steps toward a college education.
Hours: 9:00am - 12:00pm, 1:30pm - 4:00pm

Pre-Application Info Session
Your session starts with an information session at Moeller Hall (5100 Cornerstone Dr., 43015), with details on the admissions process, our academic programs, student life, and support services available to students.  It concludes with a Q&A Session and application assistance from our Admissions Specialists.

New Students

Course Registration Workshop
Get assistance with selecting and registering for your first term classes after completing your COMPASS placement test or submitting ACT scores demonstrating the readiness standard. Register for an online workshop or call 740-203-8345 for more information.

Ready, Set, CState for Autumn 2026
Complete your Workday tasks with the help of our trained staff. Connect with future classmates and celebrate becoming a Columbus State Cougar at a Ready, Set, CState event!

This event is for admitted students who plan to start in Autumn 2026.  Bring your placement testing and transcripts with you so we can help you get registered. (If you haven't applied for admission yet, Apply Online and follow the Get Started Guide).
