International students must enroll full-time (12 credit hours or more) each term for three consecutive quarters. Please notify our office when you plan to take a vacation quarter. Your notice must be received one quarter (three months) in advance of your intended vacation quarter. Failure to do so could result in violation of status. Please fill out the form below and submit to the International Student Services Office, Madison Hall.
