Terrence is an Ohio Native who joined the Columbus State community in 2012. His enjoyment of learning and supporting individuals in times of need connected him to the field of Higher Education. Terrence has served in various capacities of residence life from being a resident assistant to assistant director of housing before transitioning into student conduct administration. In his current role, Terrence enjoys working with community partners and advocating for learning and applying knowledge in practical ways. He holds a Master's Degree from Western Illinois University in College Student Personnel, a Bachelor's of Arts in English Education from The Ohio State University, and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Education from Franklin University with a focus in Organizational Leadership. Terrence serves as a mentor for the Male Access Network (M.A.N.) Imitative Program, a scholarship application reviewer, and chairperson for the College's Behavioral Intervention Team.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Richard has been living in the greater Columbus area since 2016 and joined the Columbus State community in 2019. He enjoys working with students in various facets of their educational experiences, including serving as a teaching assistant and course instructor while in graduate school; working as a professional staff member in housing and residence life; and supporting students and institutions in the field of student conduct. Richard helps students foster a clearer and more compassionate understanding of the impact of their decisions on themselves and others. He also supports students develop growth in independent thinking skills, and a keener sense of civility to promote a positive campus and community experience. Richard earned his Master of Arts degree in American Studies from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Lynn came to Columbus State Community College in 2014, driven by her passion to serve in the higher education arena. Following in the path of serving, she is involved with the Women's Connection Mentoring Program, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, and has served as a team lead for the annual Staff Day of Service. She received an Associate's Degree in Theology from the Way College, Indiana Campus. Lynn enjoys being a mother of one, grandmother of three and great-grandmother of three.
