Benefit Plan Options
The HDHP has a high deductible and a lower out of pocket maximum. Office visits and prescription drugs are paid at 90% after the deductible. Employees are eligible to open a health savings account to save pre-tax dollars. Columbus State contributes up to $1,000 for single or $2,000 for family coverage.
