Health Rewards (Rally)
Columbus State participates in the United Healthcare Rally Rewards program to engage
our employees in taking care of their health and wellness. By completing the simple
steps toward wellness, employees retain the 80% employer contribution to their health plan. If you choose not to complete the steps
by the deadline, your payroll contribution will be move to 70% college and 30% employee.
The program runs on a fiscal year July 1 to June 30. If you have a spouse covered
under the United Health Care (UHC) plan through Columbus State, please note that
they must attain their points as well.
