u.Achieve Degree Audit/Planner

Once academic program (certificate and degree) Plans of Study have been approved, the Office of Curriculum Management encodes the requirements into u.Achieve, our degree audit and student planning software.  Students, faculty and staff can utilize these tools to create or modify an academic plan and review a student’s progress towards program completion. The degree audit is designed to verify that the courses a student is registering for are on their active program of study and at the point of graduation, they validate that the student has met all graduation requirements.  If an academic department feels that a substitution or exception is needed for a student, they can complete the appropriate exception form.  Completed exception forms or questions regarding the Degree Audit or MAP can be submitted to academicplan@cscc.edu.
