As a follow-up to Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™, DiSC® Productive Conflict highlights
how to effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of the
workplace conflict by combining the personalized insights of DiSC with the proven
science of cognitive behavioral theory. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process
for conflict resolution, individuals gain personalized techniques to curb destructive
behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace
relationships and results.
By participating in this training, you will learn the following:
- Deepening understanding of self and others in conflict.
- Understanding and recognizing destructive behaviors.
- Exploring techniques to redirect destructive behaviors into more productive responses.

This workshop continues the DiSC® journey by teaching participants to read the emotional
and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. By combining the personalized
insights of DiSC with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover
an agile approach to workplace interactions, empowering them to meet the demands of
any situation. During this training, learners will:
- Discover their EQ strengths
- Deepen understanding of EQ mindsets and stretching
- Practice stretching their EQ mindsets

This workshop is designed to engage everyone in building more effective relationships
at work, help people adapt to others in real-time, and unlock engagement and inspire
more effective collaboration.
During this in-person, interactive workshop, learners will:
Discover their DiSC® style
Deepen understanding of self and others
Form better relationships with others
Access real-time tips for more effective interactions with colleagues
Build the foundation for an ongoing learning journey
DDI: Connecting Through Conversation
Next session: Thursday, July 23
This course highlights that engaging the “head”—the business outcome of the conversation—is
just as critical as recognizing and addressing the “heart”—people’s feelings, such
as being respected or appreciated. Learners will recognize the role of emotional intelligence
in success as they develop foundational communication skills that apply to a wide
range of workplace situations.
Everything DiSC® WorkSmart
Once you have attended an Everything DiSC® workshop, keep the momentum going. Develop
skills you can apply right away in these 90-minute virtual training sessions addressing
common challenges and pain points at work. Everything DiSC® on Catalyst is a prerequisite,
and the modules can be taken in any order. Sign up for any or all modules!
Managing Conflict
Next session: Tuesday, July 7
Learners explore their behavioral instincts when they’re faced with conflict and examine
how others have different instincts based on their unique DiSC styles. Through discussion
and reflection, learners will create a custom action plan that will help them manage
conflict with a team member.
Giving Constructive Feedback
Next session: Tuesday, July 14
Learners explore the challenges of giving feedback with personalized insights based
on their DiSC style. Learners learn the four key elements that make feedback strong,
actionable, and encouraging, as well as how to flex each of the elements based on
their teammates’ styles.
Empowering Your Team
Next session Tuesday, July 21
Learners explore how to ensure each of their team members feels confident and effective
when they take the lead. They will explore their go-to empowerment approach based
on their DiSC style and understand how to adjust their approach to the needs of other
styles. Learners will build a custom empowerment plan for each of their team members
using Catalyst™.
Motivating Your Team
Next session: Friday, July 31
Learners explore what’s motivating and demotivating for themselves and other team
members, based on DiSC style. They also create action plans to foster a motivating
environment where people feel inspired and excited about their work.
Workday Training
New employees will have an opportunity to attend Workday training virtually every
month, whether they are in an individual contributor role or in a people leader role
with direct reports. Employees will learn how to navigate the Workday system with
respect to their role and their day-to-day responsibilities. Current employees are
welcome to attend as a refresher!
