All invited to coping strategies session on February 3

Update | Tuesday, January 18, 2022

The Columbus State Women’s Employee Resource Group and Cuyahoga Community College’s Network of Women invite the Columbus State community to attend an upcoming event. The session is designed to help foster mental and emotional self-awareness, learn strategies for managing stress and anxiety, and connect to online and community-based resources as we face the lingering pandemic.

This session will promote self-love and self-care as we hear from professionals in the field. Presenters will be Mary Lewis, associate professor of Psychology at Columbus State, and Toni Pickens, counselor and assistant professor at Cuyahoga Community College. The seminar will be held Thursday, February 3 from 2 to 3 p.m. via WebEx. All gender identities welcome. Join the meeting. Registration is Cornerstone

Attendees are asked to complete this short survey in advance of the session no later than Friday, January 28. Contact Kelly Hogan or Crystal Clark. If you have questions.
