Self-Service for time-entry functions now in place

Columbus State has now transitioned from CougarWeb to Self-Service for time entry.

The new Self-Service interface has some enhancements for employees and supervisors. However, it maintains the same basic functionality. Employees and supervisors will see that the time entry forms are presented in a weekly format for submission, rather than just one form for each pay period.

Self-Service time entry and approval will be in use through the end of 2022. Beginning on January 1, 2023, Columbus State will transition to Workday for this functionality.
