Move to Self-Service for time-entry functions

Columbus State will be transitioning from the current version of CougarWeb to Self-Service for time entry. The transition is needed due to a change in technical support from the vendor.

For the pay period ending on June 15, time entry and approval will be in CougarWeb as normal. Then, beginning on June 16, 2022, all time entry employees will start entering their time using the Self-Service module. 

The new Self-Service interface has some enhancements for employees and supervisors. However, it maintains the same basic functionality. Employees and supervisors will see that the time entry forms are presented in a weekly format for submission, rather than just one form for each pay period.

Self-Service time entry and approval will be in use through the end of 2022. Beginning on January 1, 2023, we will transition to Workday for this functionality.
