Self Defense Program returns

College Recreation and Wellness welcomes the return of the Self Defense Program. This empowering self-defense training for men and women combines fitness training with martial arts and is taught by experienced instructors on the Columbus Campus. All classes are provided free of charge. You can take a few classes or progress through several levels of training. In the process, you will learn valuable techniques to keep yourself and others safe.

Classes are offered each Monday at 5 p.m. and each Friday at noon in Delaware Hall 158. Visit or email with questions or more information.
