STEM Scholarship opportunities

Full-tuition scholarship opportunities are available for STEM students planning to start at Columbus State in Autumn 2021 through the Choose Ohio First program. Participating students benefit from a cohort experience, a dedicated program advisor, and more! Applications are due April 1, 2021.

Choose Ohio First: Information Systems Technology – For students pursuing an Associate of Applied Science degree in one of the following areas. This program includes experiential-learning opportunities, transfer options, events featuring regional IT professionals, and more.

• Cybersecurity
• Network Administration
• Software Development
• Web Development

Choose Ohio First: Future Scientists of Ohio – For students pursuing an Associate of Science degree who plan to transfer to a four-year university to earn a bachelor’s in a STEM field. FSO features a weeklong summer bridge program, mentorship, STEM club engagement, scholarship opportunities for transferring and research, community service, networking, and professional development experiences.
