November and December employee IT training sessions

Information Technology (IT) is offering technology training for employees this semester. Upcoming sessions will be held virtually in a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Topics covered include Planner, OneNote, OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams. Registration takes place in Cornerstone.  

Optimize task management with Planner
Learn how to stay organized and manage your work as a team using Planner. We will demonstrate how to create a plan, add and assign tasks, and create templates for future projects.

Introduction to OneNote
OneNote is a digital notebook you can use to manage projects, take meeting minutes, and more. Learn how to enhance your notes with multimedia and use search options to find what you need quickly. Integration with Outlook and other office tools can streamline your productivity.

Cloud Storage 101 (OneDrive)
In this session, we will demonstrate how to store and share files in the cloud using OneDrive. Perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics and benefits of cloud storage.

Timesavers for emailing in Outlook
Do you wish you could send emails from Outlook more efficiently? Are you tired of manually writing the same repetitive text in your emails? Join our online session to learn helpful tips for crafting emails with ease, including Quick Parts, templates, editing hyperlinks, and more.
