New service request process via TeamDynamix

Information Technology (IT) has been working diligently to transition to a new IT Service Management tool in TeamDynamix (TD). Starting July 1, IT will be using TD instead of ServicePRO to manage all service requests.

You can submit an IT service request using IT's new TD client portal at by clicking “Request Help.” The TD client portal also has a knowledge base that you can access by clicking “Find Answers.”
