Mail procedures during COVID-19

To minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19, a specific procedure is in place on the Columbus Campus for mail and package pick-up and drop-off.

Please use the Bookstore as the delivery address for parcels from UPS, FedEx, and freight. Parcels will be delivered to the receiving dock at the back of the building.

If you receive an item, you will be notified by email. Mail and packages are available for pick up Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. When you arrive at the outdoor loading dock area behind the Bookstore, walk up the ramp to the right of the two overhead dock doors. Ring the bell located by the personnel door handle. Inside there is a drop-off and pick-up table. An associate will offer you two choices: walk-in for the mail or packages, or you may wait at the bottom of the ramp and the items are placed outside the door for you. 

There is currently no routine delivery of mail or packages to offices or buildings. You may drop off outgoing mail and packages using the same procedure. This procedure will remain in effect until further notice.
