Introducing the Buckeye Bridge Program Intent Form

Eligible students interested in the Buckeye Bridge Program must complete the Buckeye Bridge Intent Form online.

The form was posted March 2. The Intent Form allows Columbus State associate degree graduates planning to transfer to The Ohio State University to officially declare their intent to join the program. 

Spring Semester 2026 graduates from Columbus State who wish to enroll at OSU for Autumn Semester 2026 must submit the Buckeye Bridge Intent Form by Friday, May 15. You may attend an in-person or virtual information session to learn about the Buckeye Bridge Program. Columbus State staff members will explain the process, review eligibility, and highlight deadlines. No RSVP is required.
