Blackboard drop-in labs and support for students

For students needing assistance with Blackboard, Information Technology (IT) has resources and support available. Blackboard drop-in labs and in-person training are available for all students needing individualized help navigating Blackboard courses.
These drop-in sessions with IT staff members will be held in person and online on Zoom. Students may join anytime during the listed hours. Individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Live Online training
Students may register here to attend virtual sessions from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day from Tuesday through Friday, Sept. 2-5.
In-person training on the Columbus Campus
Computer Commons lab in the Center for Technology and Learning (TL), room 116
Tuesday, Sept. 2, through Sunday, Sept. 21
Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m.
Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
