Blackboard drop-in labs and support

Information Technology (IT) has resources and Blackboard support available for students. Blackboard drop-in labs and in-person training are available for students who need individualized help navigating Blackboard courses.

These drop-in sessions with IT staff members will be held in person and online in Zoom. Students may join anytime during the listed hours. Individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Live online training  
Students may register here to attend virtual sessions 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily from Monday, Jan. 13 through Thursday, Jan. 16. 

In-Person training 
Columbus Campus
Computer Commons in the Center for Technology and Learning (TL), room 116
In-person drop-in hours Jan. 13 through Feb. 2:
Monday through Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturdays: noon to 4 p.m.
Sundays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
