Safe Zone to offer open trainings for employees and students

Columbus State’s Safe Zone project, administered by the Prism Employee Resource Group, is offering four upcoming workshops for employees and students seeking to become effective allies of the LGBTQIA+ community and create affirming workplace and learning environments for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual students and employees.

You can register for an open Safe Zone workshop on Cougar Connect at the following links: 

  • Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. in Mitchell Hall, room 303 Register
  • Tuesday, March 19 at 1 p.m. in Mitchell Hall, room 330 Register
  • Wednesday, April 24 at noon in Moeller Hall, room 111 (on the Delaware Campus) Register
  • Friday, May 17 at 9 a.m. (Remote) Register
