Information sessions for Physicians Care Connection

Physicians CareConnection provides free medical care at a low cost (Primary, Specialty, and Dental) to persons in central Ohio. They also provide care coordination with healthy pregnancy support (in partnership with CelebrateOne via StepOne), Housing Stabilization (Access to housing/rental assistance resources), Behavioral Health Support (connecting people to addiction and mental health services), and Family coaching and support. Translation services in-person and over-over-the-phone are available.  

Upcoming Physicians CareConnection information sessions:

  • Feb. 6, 20, and 27 from noon to 2 p.m. in Union Hall, room 110.
  • Feb. 13 and March 5 from noon to 2 p.m. in the Center for Technology and Learning (TL), room 109.
