Blackboard drop-in labs and support for students

For students needing assistance with Blackboard, Information Technology (IT) has resources and support available. Blackboard drop-in labs and in-person training are available for all students needing individualized help navigating Blackboard courses.
These drop-in sessions with IT staff members will be held in person and online in Zoom. Students may join anytime during the listed hours. Individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Live Online training
Students may register here to attend virtual sessions from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day from Monday, Aug. 26 through Friday, Aug. 30.
In-Person training
Columbus Campus (Computer Commons lab in the Center for Technology and Learning - TL - room 116)
In-person drop-in hours: Monday, Aug. 26 through Sunday, Sept. 15:
Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m.
Delaware Campus (Learning Center in Moeller Hall)
In-person drop-in hours: Monday, Aug. 26 through Thursday, Sept. 12:
Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
