Blackboard drop-In labs and support for students

For students needing assistance with Blackboard, Information Technology (IT) has resources and support available. Free Blackboard drop-in labs are available for all students needing individualized help navigating Blackboard courses.

These drop-in sessions with IT staff members will be held in person and online in Zoom. Students may join anytime during the listed hours. Individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

In-person training – Columbus Campus
Computer Commons lab, TL 116 (Center for Technology & Learning)
In-person drop-in hours are available Tuesday, May 28, through Sunday, June 16:

Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.

In-person training – Delaware Campus
Learning Center (Moeller Hall)

In-person drop-in hours are available Tuesday, May 28, through Thursday, June 13: 
Monday through Thursday- 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Live online training  
Students can register to attend virtual sessions using this link. Available virtual drop-in hours:

Tuesday, May 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Wednesday, May 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
Thursday, May 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A variety of online resources are available, including the interactive Blackboard orientation and the Blackboard Crash Course. Access this page for more information.
