Support is available in person and online.

In-person support and computer lab
You may stop by in person to use a computer or get technical help from the IT Frontliners. On the Columbus Campus, they are located in the Center for Technology and Learning in the Cyber Cafe (TL Lobby) or inside the Computer Commons lab (TL 116). On Delaware Campus, they are located in the Learning Center in Moeller Hall.

Office 365
Do you need Office 365 to complete your schoolwork? Current students may install Microsoft Office on a personal device for free. Review this article for instructions.

Wi-Fi on campus
Current students and employees should use the "CSCC" network for best performance. Log in using your Columbus State email address and password. The "CSCC-Visitor" network is intended for users who do not have an account. Review the appropriate article for device-specific instructions.
