"Women in Business: Addressing Pay Equity" Keynote speaker: Elizabeth Brown

For every dollar a man earns, women earn only 78 cents on average. For African-American and Hispanic women, the gap is even wider. This event examines how we can achieve equal pay for equal work, and provides resources to help women succeed. You'll also get a free professional headshot. Need to look the part? We’ve got you covered with styling support from Dress for Success.

Panelists:
Elizabeth Brown, Columbus City Council member
Mary B. Relotto, founder of Dames Bond and candidate for Ohio Representative District 24
Tracy Maxwell Heard, Vice President of Dress for Success
Sarah Pariser, Director of Grants and Programs at the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio
