International Education Week is Nov. 12 - 16

International Education Week is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This week supports the concept of preparing Americans for a global environment while learning about others and exchanging experiences. It will be held November 12 - 16, 2018.

Individual events

Interfaith Day Passive Programming

Find out more about the similarities and differences of different faith groups, walk the Interfaith Labyrinth, and reflect. Wednesday, November 14 from Noon – 2:00 p.m. in the Library Media Studio. No RSVP needed, just drop in anytime from Noon until 2:00 pm.

Latin Series Film Screening

Please join us for a film screening to learn more about Latino/a culture, heritage and current issues facing the community on Wednesday, November 14 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in Franklin Hall room 104. No RSVP needed. Stop in at 2:00 p.m.

Cultural Extravaganza

Join us to celebrate cultures from around the world. This event will feature music, food, clothing, dance, and history of cultures represented here on our campus on Thursday, November 15 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Library Media Studio. Sign up here.

International Thanksgiving Dinner

Please join us for the 33rd Annual International Thanksgiving Dinner. We will celebrate the season of thankfulness and while coming together as a community. You are invited to a full Thanksgiving meal with other students, Columbus staff and faculty.  There is no charge for F1 students or for students who are DACA recipients or their families. Seating is limited.  Please RSVP here.

The annual dinner will be held this year on Thursday, November 15 from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. in Nestor Hall room 106.
