Columbus State hosts a rotating roster of three food trucks on the Columbus Campus.
Food trucks return August 26, 2024 for the start of Autumn Semester.
Monday-Thursday
10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Tortilla Street Food
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
The food truck offers up a full slate of burritos, salads, quesadillas and desserts. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are also available.
Schmidt's Sausage Truck
Every other Tuesday (rotating with Pitabilities)
