Theater Columbus State summer play opens July 12

“On the Verge; or, The Geography of Yearning,” is Eric Overmyer’s play centering on the adventures of three women in the Victorian era who explore a new land in a period spanning 1888 to 1955. Directed by adjunct professor Sonda Staley, it will be performed nightly Wednesday, July 12 through Saturday, July 15 at 8 p.m. with a 2 p.m. matinee on July 15. All performances are held in Nestor Hall Auditorium, 488 Mt. Vernon Ave., and are free of charge.
