Privacy Information For Radius Chat

The following information applies to our Student Central Radius Chat service:

We collect chat messages, and some other information about you, such as e-mail, name, Internet address, IP address and the browser you use, as well as anonymized information about how you interact with the chat program.

Your personal data are processed on the grounds of the European Union (EU) privacy regulations General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6, paragraph 1b. The information collected is required to be able to deliver the service to you, in line with our contractual obligations.

To deliver our service, we use data processors as subcontractors. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with all subcontractors.

The processors are:

• Campus Management Corp, vendor of the chat system
• Kalibera AS, technical vendor of the chat system
• Amazon Web Services, vendor of the technical cloud platform. Learn more about Amazon's privacy protection measures.
• Google, vendor of analytics tools. Learn more about Google's privacy protection measures.

We store your personal information in our databases, where they are subject to regular backups. After six months, your personal data are automatically deleted.

At any time, you are free to delete the data we have stored about you by using the Delete my data function in this Radius Chat window.
