Licensing Statement
Each software or service requires compliant licensing under the law and applicable
policies and procedures of the college including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Reference college policies Purchasing (9-03), Information Technology (15-01) and Americans with Disablilities Act ADA (3-41).
Free, open-source or demonstration software or services are not exempt from these
requirements.
Standard Equipment & Software Price List
Prices are for budgetary purposes only. Please consult with IT Asset Management ("ITAM")
for most current pricing, configuration and quotations as well as contractual requirements.

Please consult with your executive office point of contact ("POC") on the request
processes prior to completing the online request process (https://www.cscc.edu/ithelp).
Non-Lab Use Software and Equipment
Faculty and staff can request equipment or software if it is not available on campus
for use on Columbus State owned systems. In some cases, we may be able to use existing
software to meet your needs. Software purchases might receive limited or no support.
To start your request for equipment or software, please use reach out to your point
of contact ("POC").

For equipment or software questions including current college standards, product availability,
and quotes, please contact itam@cscc.edu or call extension 2035. Funding or justification/approval
questions should be directed to your Executive Office point of contact (“POC”) which
is listed on the request portal.
