Tuition Reimbursement
After one year of continuous full-time employment, employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement from an accredited institution each fiscal year. Employees may be reimbursed up to $6,000 for an undergraduate degree and $8,000 for a graduate degree. Employees must get supervisor and division VP approval if they wish to receive tuition reimbursement. See below for the college policies and procedures for full-time employees. Before applying to the tuition reimbursement program, please contact the tuition reimbursement coordinator at tuitionform@cscc.edu to let them know your intention to apply for the program.

Term Requests for Represented Employees
According to the collective bargaining agreement, represented employees (CSEA, FOP, Teamsters) must complete a term request form before the start of each academic semester in which they will request reimbursement. The term request form can be found below.

Submitting a Tuition Reimbursement Request
When you are ready to submit a tuition reimbursement request please complete the appropriate form based on your unit and submit the form to tuitionform@cscc.edu. You must get approval from your supervisor and division VP.
