Academic Technology Services
The Academic Technology Services (ATS) team provides classroom and lab support for the campus community, along with events support for non-conference center events.
The ATS team also provides audiovisual (AV) consultations, assists with maintaining
accurate IT support documentation, and offers training opportunities for employees
and students to learn the technology used on campus.

Academic Technology Services provides classroom and lab support on campus. This includes software installation, technical support, and maintenance for computers, virtual machines, and audio-visual (AV) equipment within each room. Many classrooms on campus have upgraded Smart Classroom or HyFlex Classroom technology in them for a convenient and user-friendly experience.
Academic Technology Services provides audio-visual (AV) setup and support for non-conference
center events. Common requests include items like: a microphone, speakers to play
audio or music, or a way to show a video.
To request event support, use the following form: Event request
ATS offers AV design and consultation services upon request for new construction projects
or remodels occurring around campus.
To request an AV consultation, contact the IT Support Center at helpdesk@cscc.edu.
The ATS team also assists with maintaining our IT support documentation and holds regular technology training sessions for the campus community.

- Employee training- Current opportunities for in-person training are listed in the Events calendar on Cougar Connect and advertised in the Update.
- Student Blackboard training- Blackboard Drop-In Labs are open at the beginning of each semester for those students who need extra support when learning how to navigate the site. On-demand training options are also available.
