Catering
When hosting an event at Columbus State, there are many options for catering. For breakfast, lunch, snacks or even dinner, our approved caterers will work with you to ensure that your event is a success.
Once you have selected an approved caterer:
- Reach out to the caterer with your completed Catering Request Form. They should then provide you a written quote that matches your request. Please ask the caterer to include your event date, start time and location on your sales quote.
- Both the Catering Request Form and the quote must be uploaded into a requisition in “Workday.” A Purchase Order number (PO) or Blanket Purchase Order number (BPO) will be required by the caterer before they can provide service for your event.
- If requests for less than 12 attendees, do not meet minimum order requirements of the vendor/s, you may need an alternative purchase. This will require a “spend authorization” via Workday.
To assure best service, please request catering services at least 10 days in advance.
