All invited to Women’s ERG meeting this Thursday

All members of the Columbus State community are invited to join the Women's Employee Resource Group (ERG) meeting which will be held on Thursday, April 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (The meeting will be held on Teams. A link is provided on the Update email sent on Tuesday morning, April 12.) The session will focus on psychological safety as depicted in the Health to Innovation (HTI) Framework.

The ERG will view and discuss a presentation excerpt given by the HTI Framework’s designer, Kimberly Young-McLear. She is a United States Coast Guard Commander, who describes herself as a Black, queer scholar, activist, systems engineer, and educator who is unreservedly committed to human resilience, human dignity, and human rights.
