Judges needed for Virtual 2022 Central District Science Day

Update | Tuesday, March 1, 2022

If you have a degree in a STEM-related field (science, math, health-care, computers, accounting, engineering, architecture, behavioral science, etc.) Central District Science Day needs you.

Virtual judging for the 2022 Central District Science Day will run from Monday, March 14 to Tuesday, March 22.

As a judge, you will watch online training videos then judge them for the projects you are evaluating. While viewing the presentations, you will follow a detailed rubric to evaluate whether the students understand their projects, followed proper scientific methods, and validly explained results. The virtual format allows you to space out the judging with the option to do it in the comfort of your home. Previous judges say it is a rewarding experience and helps promote the next generation of STEM professionals.
