Help supply Mid-Ohio Market with back-to-school items

It is hard to believe Autumn Semester is just one month away. Before welcoming students back, the Mid-Ohio Market at Columbus State wants to ensure they are ready. The Market invites faculty and staff to join them in collecting school supplies for our students.

Please consider donating a backpack or bookbag with the following items:

• 3X spiral notebooks (college ruled)
• 12 Pencils and pencil sharpener or mechanical pencils
• 12 Pens (multiple colors)
• 3 Highlighters
• 2 Two-pocket folders
• 2-packs of Index cards
• 2-packs of Sticky Notes
• 1 Box of paper clips
• 1 Three-ring binder
• 1 box of rubber bands

Optional Items

• Hole punch
• Protractor (a request from a culinary student)

Donations may be dropped off at the Market at 400 Grove St. during service hours (Monday and Thursday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and Wednesday, 2-7 p.m.) or at the Student Advocacy Center across the street from the Market in WD rooms 1018/1022. The Market will be accepting donations until Wednesday, August 24. Distribution starts Saturday, August 27. If you have questions, email cstatecares@cscc.edu.
