Update | Tuesday, June 28, 2022
The Manufacturing Extension Partnership at Columbus State (MEP) wrapped up English as a Second Language (ESL) training at Voyant Beauty in June. Voyant Beauty reports that it witnessed an impact in operational productivity even before the training was completed. The investment in the Voyant Beauty workforce is a best practice that employers are embracing with the challenging workforce landscape. The MEP at Columbus State program exists to support manufacturers and the ESL training is an example of providing a solution to help the business be its best.
