Counseling Services for employees
Employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It is administered by Matrix. To reach Matrix Customer Service call 614-475-9500 or click here for details of their counseling services. The Matrix EAP is provided at no cost. Counseling – virtual and in-person – is available to full-time employees, spouses, and dependents for up to eight visits. Three visits for regular part-time, spouses, dependents.

UHC-Behavioral Health Benefit - myuhc.com (search under “Find Doctor” type in mental health) copay applies for PPO and deductible and coinsurance applies for the HDHP.

Counseling Services for students
Columbus Campus and Regional Learning Centers (RLC’s) 
Counseling Services can be reached at 614-287-2818. They have added a phone prompt "2," which directly transfers callers to Netcare Access, a 24/7 local crisis center. If you are having a mental health crisis and need to speak to a counselor immediately, remember to press 2. That’s important after hours or when the College is on break and counselors are not in the office. 

Note: Counselors for students are currently hosting virtual appointments only. They are available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. They can be reached at counselingservices@cscc.edu. Additional resources are available at this link.

Delaware Campus
Counselor Shelbey Mitchell is available through a collaboration with Syntero, Inc. and the Delaware and Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board. 

Mitchell is available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In-person appointments are available. Students may schedule appointments using this form: Online Referral Form for Delaware Campus. You may contact Mitchell at smitchell@syntero.org.
