Counseling Services for faculty and staff

Employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It is administered by Matrix. (Counseling resources for registered students can be found at this link.)

To reach Matrix Customer Service call 614-475-9500 or click here for details of their counseling services. The Matrix EAP is provided at no cost. Counseling – virtual and in-person – is available to full-time employees, spouses, and dependents for up to eight visits; three visits for regular part-time, spouses, and dependents.

UHC-Behavioral Health Benefit - myuhc.com (search under “Find Doctor” type in mental health) copay applies for PPO, and deductible and coinsurance applies for the HDHP.
