Columbus State’s 204th Commencement

More than 1,400 Columbus State graduates from Summer and Autumn Semesters earned diplomas on Dec. 16, with many attending the College’s 204th Commencement at the Celeste Center. Frederic Bertley, president and CEO of COSI, provided the Commencement Address. In his remarks, he said, “Graduates, please take stock of today, this moment, right now. Enjoy it. Bask in it. Be proud of what you achieved. And most of all, know that the path through Columbus State will anchor you to your promising future.” 

Following Bertley’s speech to graduates, President Harrison presented him with an honorary Columbus State Associate of Science degree.
