COVID home test expiration dates have been extended

Check the expiration date if you received a free COVID home test from Columbus State last year. Some early tests have been given a new expiration date extension.

Any tests distributed by the College in 2021 with a September expiration date – which had been extended to December – have received an additional extension. The date of expiration for these tests has now been extended to March 2022. 

Columbus State is working on securing more BinaxNOW Home Tests. For any Columbus State employee working on campus and in need of a home test, you may pick them up at The Police Department on the ground floor of Delaware Hall.

If you are unable to pick up a home test, employees who are working on campus may request to have a rapid at-home test mailed to your address. This process is primarily for students, but on a limited basis, employees may request mailed rapid home tests by completing a form at this link.
