Blackboard virtual drop-in labs and tutorial videos for students

The Information Technology (IT) Division has resources and support available for specifically for students when Spring Semester begins. The Blackboard virtual drop-in labs will be held online in Zoom.

Students will need to register in advance, but they can join anytime during their chosen session. At the start of each hour, IT staff will provide a brief overview of how to access course materials and general tips for success in online courses. Following the overview, individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Blackboard overview will begin at the start of each hour

o   Tuesday, January 19 from 10 a.m-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.

o   Wednesday, January 20 from 10 a.m-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.

o   Thursday, January 21 from 10 a.m-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.

o   Friday, January 22 from 10 a.m-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.

o   Monday, January 25 from 10 a.m-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.

o   Tuesday, January 26 from 10 a.m-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.

There are a variety of online resources available to students for Blackboard, including the interactive Blackboard orientation and the Blackboard Crash Course. Access this page for more information about these resources.
