Skilled Trades Day virtual panel event May 5

Career Services will host a watch party of a recorded virtual panel featuring Columbus State faculty to highlight the many lucrative occupations categorized as skilled trades. By tuning in, you will learn about the increased technology skills needed to be successful in today’s workforce. You will also discover the wide variety of scholarships and apprenticeships to help launch our students into their careers.

Currently, there is high demand for professionals in skilled trades. The gap is due to a large number of openings and not enough skilled workers to fill these well-paying careers. 

If you know of current or prospective students who might be interested, let them know about this event. Faculty and staff are also welcome to attend.
