Assist students with a donation to the Scholar Network

Update | Tuesday, April 20, 2021

For the past six years, the Columbus State community has worked together to provide care package donations for Scholar Network students. The network is a vital support program for current and former foster youth who attend the College. Due to the pandemic, the Global Diversity and Inclusion Department (GDI) has reimagined the care package tradition. For the end-of-semester spring care packages, they will be collecting and purchasing food and grocery gift cards ranging from $10 to $30 to mail to Scholar Network students. Financial donations for this project can be made until Wednesday, May 12 online or through the U.S. Postal Service.

GDI thanks you in advance for making a difference for our students. It would not be possible without the Columbus State family. If you are interested in contributing a direct financial donation, online contributions can be made through the donation portal on the Columbus State Foundation page. On the donation page, please select "other" under the "designation" section, then type in "Scholar Network" under "other." Online charitable locations can be made at this link

If you have questions or would like to donate gift cards by mail, please contact Katrina de los Santos, GDI specialist, atkdelossantos@cscc.edu
