Direct students in need to Franklin County Job and Family Services

The Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services offers Columbus State students the ability to schedule phone appointments online. They may also apply for or inquire about child care and SNAP benefits. To set up a phone appointment, students need to complete an intake form and follow instructions on the form confirmation page. 

To begin, the student should select the form below that corresponds with their need:
Child Care Appointment Request Form
SNAP Appointment Request Form 

If they are already connected with SNAP benefits, additional support may be available to students you through the Community College Acceleration Program. Additional SNAP Support Interest Form
