New IT training available for all employees

Information Technology (IT) is offering three virtual technology training sessions available for Office 365 apps: Creating a team in Teams, Optimize your task management with Planner, and Manage schedules in Shift. These sessions are available in a Microsoft Teams meeting on several dates and times. Registration takes place in Cornerstone. (If needed, see this guide for search and registration tips on Cornerstone.)
And If you are already using Planner or Shifts regularly, IT would like to hear from you. Please email them if you have any use cases or examples that you think they should share with attendees.

- Creating a team in Teams: Need help getting a new team setup, but not sure where to start? Join us for this
brief overview of how to create a new team, add members, and create effective channels
that promote collaboration.
Thursday, July 22 from 1-1:45 p.m.
Monday, August 9 from 10-10:45 a.m. - Optimize your task management with Planner: Learn how to stay organized and manage your work as a team using Planner. We will
demonstrate how to create a plan, add, and assign tasks, and create templates for
future projects.
Friday, July 23 from 1-2 p.m.
Monday, August 2 from 2-3 p.m.
Wednesday, August 4 from 10-11 a.m. - Manage schedules in Shifts: If you are a Teams user and you manage employee or student employee schedules, this
could be a gamechanger for you! Join us to learn more about the Shifts tool in Teams,
including how to add staff, build a schedule, and manage requests.

Tuesday, August 3 from 1-2 p.m.
Monday, August 9 from 1-2 p.m.
