Columbus State HVAC students and their instructor participated in “Heat the Town” on October 16. The annual event was sponsored by the Air Conditioning Contractors of Central Ohio and the Breathing Association of Central Ohio.

Heat the Town included local heating contractors, wholesale supply houses, dozens of technicians, and students from local HVAC programs. The annual event helped over 120 low-income families, veterans, and senior citizens so that they would have safe, reliable heat for the coming winter. It was the 10th year that Columbus State’s HVAC students ‘paid it forward’ to help the community while they received field experience.
