College hosts national food services CEO

There’s plenty of interest in Mitchell Hall and the Mid-Ohio Market at Columbus State. On June 17, Pete Hackman, supervisor of Food Services, hosted Robert Nelson and Zia Ahmed on the Columbus Campus.

Nelson is the CEO of the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS), of which Columbus State is a member. Ahmed is the senior director of Dining Services at The Ohio State University and a past national president of NACUFS. Market Manager Matt Austin provided a tour and overview of the Market. They also toured Union Cafe and Mitchell Hall.
