Important payroll information

The College will provide all qualified regular part-time employees with 20 hours of paid time off during the winter holiday break.

The time must be entered in your time entry form and approved by your supervisor.

Enter the hours under “Other Time” using the code HOL from the drop down menu. The cut off for time entry for the pay period ending 12/31 will be noon on January 4, 2021.
