Update | Tuesday, October 27, 2020

A poster for the event gives the time, place, and information about it. Columbus State Community College is partnering with AAA, The Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research, DriveOhio, and Smart Columbus, to present a virtual seminar exploring autonomous vehicles and their societal impacts for Ohioans.

As smart mobility technology is tested and deployed across Ohio, new jobs and career pathways are emerging. From automotive technicians to engineers to insurance professionals, smart mobility is affecting the way we move – and work – in many ways.

Cheryl Hay, executive director of the Office of Talent Strategy at Columbus State Community College, is among the panelists in an upcoming event. Hay will discuss what the jobs of the future will look like and how partners in Central Ohio across the spectrum of education, industry, and government are working together to prepare our workforce for what’s next.

This free event will be held on Thursday, November 5 from 10-11 a.m. Register here.
